BA Dream Flight is on its way.

With call sign BAW1DF this aircraft is off to Orlando, the only time there is a direct flight between the two. I think the aircraft stays put for the holiday but correct me if I'm wrong. Big thanks to all the staff who volunteer their time and the Orlando police dept who look after them when they arrive. :praise:
you don't get a second chance to make a first impression!
Growing older, but not up.

This is great for kids. Is there a reason why the aircraft only flew at 28,000 feet?

BA D1 is on its way back after its short stay as BA 9150 G-CIVE ..Always a pleasure to see Dreamflight here and tugs at your heart to see the police escort that stops traffic for miles letting the luxury buses wisk them off to Disney.

The flight is at lower altitudes because some of the children have serious respiratory issues requiring the lower altitude to make the flight.

It is about 1 hour into it's return flight and is at 40,000 feet. Presumably, it will return for the children in a few days.

The return flight is empty, just the crew ferrying back..I have monitored this flight for over 20 years. Sometimes the plane stays all week, sometimes for a day or two. The kids are here for a week. For the return I have seen the 747 come a few days early but for the last few years sometimes day before or day of departure.
