ET wants to resume MAX flights in July:

Flysmart24.no reports that Norwegian, which have 18 B737-8 MAX in their fleet, won't resume MAX operations. The aircraft will be sold. The main reason is significant costs related to new training requirements for MAX crew.

flydubai is doing it’s first operational readiness flight now. (FDB9001, A6-FMG) The ban was lifted last month and this is the first UAE registered MAX flight in 727 days...

A Texas court rejected Boeing's appeal motion against a consumer class action lawsuit regarding the MAX debacle. They have to hand over privileged documents to plaintiffs' attorneys:

It should be noted that Southwest (which appears as co-defendant) also lost an appeal motion regarding this lawsuit back in mid-2020.

Another two were brought out of storage and are being prepared for flight operations. Two more are stored at LUZ.
Eight more, undelivered, stored at MWH, SKF and VCV.
