Unless I'm missing something, it's the A333s which are reportedly being retired, not the A332s.
Right, so I am curious what's going to happen to the 332s that normally run TATL.
Heard a story awhile back that AA would eventually put the A332's on the DFW - Hawaii routes,
Maybe LAX- Hawaii as well
I would be shocked if the A332 is based at DFW, which I don't think has ever seen that type operating out of that base (the only time you'd really see the A332/333 at DFW is on a NFL charter from PHL or CLT). It makes no sense to deploy the A332 on DFW-Hawaii routes when the 777 and 787 are based at DFW.
