No, AirTran did a long time ago but canceled way before the acquisition.

30 years ago I was there when they were just getting ready to open their second jetway because they were starting CVG service. Piedmont ruled GSO back then.

What was the last domestic non-Hawaiian station added by WN? And when? CVG?

There are only 3 WN stations in the contiguous U.S. with daily nonstop service to only 1 station on WN (CRP, PWM, RIC), but WN has weekend-only nonstop service to MCO and TPA from RIC and summer seasonal Saturday-only nonstop service to MDW and BNA from PWM.
WN has moved away from serving stations in the contiguous U.S. that cannot support daily nonstop service to at least 2 destinations on WN.
WN adding GSO-MDW nonstop service is also a possibility if WN adds service to GSO since
(a) Chicago is one of the top destinations traveled to out of GSO,
(b) MDW is one of the largest WN focus cities, and
(c) there are a few destinations that WN serves nonstop from MDW but not from ATL or BWI.

It's the same thing with Jetblue. Why come to GSO, people are going from here to RDU to use them

AA: even more mainline to CLT and DFW.
DL: BOS, MSP, and JFK as well as hopefully not downgauging to ATL with retirement of MD-88s
UA: IAH, DEN
G4: LAS
NK: LAS, BWI, ORD, BOS
F9: a return to DEN
WN: MDW, BWI, ATL, HOU
B6: JFK, FLL

WN has a better name brand than Jetblue. That would be the one I'd hope for. This has to be the largest CSA serving airport with WN service.

On FlightAware, I've seen a decent number of United 737-700/800/900 and 757-200/300 come into INT in the past week.

I road my bicycle over there last night from HP. INT is a bit harder to see from a distance due to how it is situated. I could see at least 4 757 and 4 737 parked.

FedEx is gradually coming back to where it was. I've started seeing more of the hub flights return as well as oddball routes like Fort Worth, BWI, etc.
Aloha still has a daily 738 flight running ONT->GSO->ONT and once per week ONT->GSO->TUL->ONT. Seems to be using the old cargo spot of FedEx.
Passenger service is way down. Like WAY down.
Still about 50 or so Alaska Airlines planes on site. All the American are gone.
INT. Road by last week. United 737 and 757 everywhere, It is kind of incredible.
