Remaining 'real' orders seem to be:
A319: 5 UFO for China (at least Tibet, possibly other airlines)
A320: 1 for Thai government, 4 for Chengdu
A321: 31 for Delta
Not sure how many of those will be delivered this year.

Delta plans to have neos arriving Q4 and wants CEOs done before that.

A320CEO backlock according to Dec. 2019 O&D. (realistic backlog)
A319 (5)
UFO (Tibet) - 5
Hamburg International - 2

A320 (15)
UFO - 2
Private / Business Jet - 1
CASC - 1
Iran air - 6
Mexicana - 4
Ural Air - 7

A321 (31)
Delta Airlines - 31
Iran air - 7

Total A320CEO backlog is 66 planes, 13 of these are blocked by the Iran trade ban. Also two A319's for Hamburg International are unlikely to be deliverd. Thus I think the realistic backlog is 51 CEO's.
Possibly only the A320CEO has multiple airlines awaiting deliveries.

Whats the plane for the Iran orders roll them over to NEO's to shut down the CEO line, produce them and let them sit, cancel the orders?

Sorry I didn't know Mexicana has ceased operations as well. They are in a comparable situation as Hamburg International. Airbus can't renegotiate orders with a client that doesn't exist anymore. I expect this will result in four less A320CEO being produced.
So realistic A320CEO backlog is AFAIK at 47.

For the Iran Airlines orders for 6x A320, 7x A321 (32x A320NEO, 8x A330-200 and 28x A330-900) they are postponed indefinetly untill the USA lifts the trade ban. I think these orders will remain in the orderbook untill the USA lifts the trade ban. Than the contracts have to be renegotiated, this could mean dropped or converted to NEO. I expect is fare to assume these won't be delivered as CEO's.
But oddly Iran Air is operating 6x A320CEO and 2x A330-200 without any direct delivery. I expect Iran Air will get their planes via secondary market untill the ban is lifted.

From the previous year’s thread the Ural Air order was also said to be a no-go.

Virgin Flyer; can you elaborate the reason why Ural Airlines most likely won't take their A320CEO's?
I think the situation around Airbus orders from Ural Airlines is odd. (as is the situation around airlines from Iran)
They have only ordered 7x A320CEO but non of them have been delivered. But they operate: 5x A319, 24x A320, 15x A321, 3x A320NEO and a A321NEO according to Airbus Dec. 2019 O&D file.
It happens more often that an Airline operates more planes than that they have ordered directly, because they lease planes from lessors. But the situation that only leased planes are taken and no direct deliveries is only seen at Iran Air. But there the numbers nearly match, with Ural they operate a much larger number of airplanes than they have ordered (with no deliveries).

If all unrealistic deliveries are taken out the realistic backlog is: 5x A319, 4x A320 and 31x A321. or 40 in total.

No, I don’t know why. It was something that was stated in last year’s thread: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1412749 but no specific reason was given. Perhaps someone else may have more insight?

Ural Airlines placed the seven A320ceo order back in 2007 directly from Airbus, but have never take delivery of any. https://www.airbus.com/newsroom/press-r ... a320s.html

Their current A320-A321ceo fleet are all used. Their A320neo/A321neo are also leased. They are planning to add B737MAX as well. Suffice to say these seven will never see delivery.

Actually it flew XFW-KEF-YUL-SAL. Completely bypassed the U.S. anybody have any idea why? Maybe because of the tariffs?

A319:

Hamburg International - 2

A320:
Ural Air - 7
Iran Air - 6
Mexicana - 4
UFO - 2
CASC - 1

A321:
Delta - 28
Iran Air - 7

Thanks Speedy G.
So in reality only 28 units for Delta is left on the books? Could the 7 UFO's and the 1 for CASC possible also see delivery?

Hamburg International, Mexicana are dead as the airlines do not exist any more.
Ural Air will not take them up.
Iran Air ...embargo, so no.

The 28x A321 for Delta; no doubt, they will be produced and taken up.
The 5x UFO A319 will be most likely taken up, as these are essential needed for high and hot in China, they will go to Tibet. There is no other plane to do this now; likely later on the A319 neo and A220-100, but I am not sure, are these already certified for extreme high and hot? So, if all 5 goes to China, than these will be taken up.

The two A320 UFO will also go to China? They will likely taken up as also the CASC order.
I hope, everyone can see the difference between "most likely" to "likely" and I just do not understand, why CASC has not already taken it up. But CASC is the state owned Chinese Space Program contractor and Chinese "state controlled" orders will often taken up slow, but they will be taken.

So 36x (5x A319, 3x A320 and 28x A321) are still pending.
And 26x (2x A310, 17x A320 and 7x A321) are crying "I am a zombie".
