Main gear lifted off before the nose gear did. Looked very like a very deliberate rotation.

You rarely do that on first part of the flight.

I believe standard practice on first flight is to keep the gear down for at least a time in case a loss of hydraulics happens.

That is what I saw, as well. The plane is likely very light so perhaps the huge lift from the wings was enough to get her bum in the air first.
