Anything known about the (planned) duration of the first flight?

You rarely do that on first part of the flight.

Just love these first flights... If you've not watched the first flight if the 757 on YouTube, its well worth it!

Looking good though
Stitch wrote:randomdude83 wrote:wow amazing! did the main landing gear lift before the front nose? kinda tells me that wing is amazing with insane lift.
That is what I saw, as well. The plane is likely very light so perhaps the huge lift from the wings was enough to get her bum in the air first.

They just don’t seem to be able to get a break

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1PlgNwYeWc&t=35 is a second or so before takeoff.
Upon further review, it looks like the nose does get off first, but not by much.
Certainly not much rotation ahead of time or after, a relatively shallow climb out.

FWIW, Flightaware lists ETA to BFI as 14:04 - that's really arbitrary though for first flights - depends on many factors. I will say they were pretty close when the 748i took its maiden flight

They need to either hire more competent live event people full time, or contract it out to competent people ad hoc. The production values were simply awful.

[Edit] - Looking at google maps "little town" is a a bit of an overstatement - Leahy appears to consist of 2 sheds - but it does appear on the FR24 map.
