I agree that F9 re-adding CLE-LAX and CLE-IAH nonstop service might be possibilities if there is enough demand for additional nonstop service to LAX and IAH out of CLE.
I do not expect F9 to re-add CLE-LGA nonstop service unless F9 picks up extra slots at LGA as F9 already has plans to use its LGA slots on other routes. However, F9 adding CLE-EWR nonstop service might be a possibility with UA currently being the only airline serving EWR nonstop from CLE.
