Elite Airways continues to shrink, now down to serving just 4 communities ....

I do not believe they will last another 60 days.

They always had a strange business model in terms of scheduled flights. They cut everything here at MLB, and now just use it to store their planes and do maintenance. I remember when they had their MLB-BIM flight, they would sometimes have 1 or 2 people per flight. Not even kidding.

They did run a lot of NCAA teams over the past years, but they are no longer recommended by the collegiate organization due to numerous cancelled flights, lateness and general poor service.

Sad... I do not think they will be flying much longer. I am always the guy that supports these smaller airlines to the fullest. I also like it when they prove the nay Sayers wrong. But, this looks dismal. All the airlines are taking a beating.

Is Elite pretty much done? I don’t see the flight to PWM in SRQ April schedule, and curiously checked March schedule and it is not there either now.

Their website is showing SRQ to PWM flights on April 9, 16, 19, 23 26, 30 & May 8


...but NO flights in March...THAT is crazy!

And now Elite is being kicked out of Vero Beach because of unpaid bills. This sounds like it is going to be the end for them.
