I was looking into this as it will affect my business, interestingly it is a lot less tight than some others. For example stores: lumber yards, plant nurseries, Home Depot, residential and construction on essential facilities (any business noted elsewhere as essential in this order). What it seems like they are trying to allow the economy to keep going in sectors that can work with good isolation. Several contractors in our area are keeping each subcontractor's crew well separated, so it is relatively safe. What I heard is that there has been lots of social violations - groups getting together, etc that the state wants stopped.
