Kuddos to OP and ANC ! For a change, it's so nice to see read about busy airport. Most major airports have become ghost towns and are depressing. Loved the lineup of 747's. Waiting on the tarmac is my favorite - time to get best spotting pictures! Keep sending more pictures and updates.

VN will operate a repatriation flight SFO-HAN with a technical stop in ANC.
ANC is obviously becoming an ideal transit hub for TPAC flight, especially with cargo flights and dense repatriation flight these days.

I guess that this aircraft will visit ANC in its return flight as I am sure that the 78X will have no trouble ferrying HAN-SFO nonstop.

Not sure about that. However, you still have one more chance to meet VN's aircraft in Anchorage: also VN1 flying IAD-ANC-HAN using the A359

Amazing, for an airport that doesn't even have a lounge in the international terminal and only a few stores.

Not sure it even qualifies as an international terminal. Flights will ARRIVE there, but depart from the South terminal.

No always. Yakutia départs from the north. Anc badly needs to redo the north. You got delta pulling jets off in the summer because there are no gates. Obviously won’t matter this summer.

Since April 1st, DVT is the busiest airport in the US with 43,099 itinerant plus local operations through yesterday. Just itinerant operations, DFW is number 1 with 28,841 operations.

OK not lame, dishonest. Being the largest airport in the world one day per week and not the largest airport in the world six days per week does not make you the largest airport in the world.

To put it into perspective, on Saturday, April 25, Anchorage (ANC) had 948 airport arrivals and departures, whereas London (LHR) had just 682 arrivals and departures, according to FlightRadar data.

So, what does FedEx operate out of MEM on a 'good' day to compare with that?

Memphis is recognized as the largest cargo airport in the world and if you go to the article linked you will see that anchorage is normally second with Memphis being first. The bigger problem as to why I cannot show you that comparison is because if you look further for the link from Anchorage airports tweet they list no source for this data nor do they provide a methodology as to how it was calculated so there is no way to compare.
