Hey all,
I'm a little new to this, so I apologize if I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill. I imagine I am because no one's talking about it.
I got the notification on my phone that AFL1259 declared an emergency. When I checked in they were climbing from 18,000 to 20,000, then descended hard to 10,000. Following that they made a hard right, then left turn.
Since then they've been cruising at 10,000 ft and everything looks relatively fine.
Is this... normal? Just a cabin depressurization? Does this happen often? It's my first squawk notification, so I don't know how to react.
