Some of us still remember friends and relatives who were on that 'once in a lifetime' pleasure flight.

Disgraceful scandal that Air New Zealand not only changed the route in the INS the night before which caused the flight to be off course without the crew knowing, but then destroyed evidence and lied to frame the dead pilots. The judge in the second enquiry called it “an orchestrated litany of lies”. When we see what a good culture exists in NZ today under Jacinda Ardern, it’s hard to imagine such things happening at the national carrier.
