Is this cargo work or some other charter work ?

It's cargo.
The origins and destinations would suggest that this is related to the automotive industry but I can't know for sure (STR is Daimler HQ, GSP has BMW plant).

TUIM was recently noted operating a couple of FRA - ICN flights.

It is indeed Cargo flights. Also operating were deportee flights on the B767 in the last couple of weeks. Normal passenger flights resume this week in addition.

The Detroit spotters page on FB shows that TUI has been a pretty regular visitor to DTW recently.

G-TUIM is flying AMS-DFW today. Anyone know what they could be carrying or if they’re planning additional flights to DFW in the future?

It is not true that they're only using 2 Boeing 787-9. Probably an error by the PR department. Over the past few weeks they've used (at least):

I assume that not changing the configuration allows TUI to swap the aircraft dynamically between cargo and pax flights; at least that's what the record on FR24 suggests.
An additional destination the past few days has been GDL. I don't know what place in Argentina is served, as noted in the article.
In Stuttgart several "Dreamliners" from tour operator TUI are starting these days. However, the aircraft do not fly tourists to the Caribbean, but operate cargo flights. A Tuifly spokesman confirmed this at the request of airliners.de and stated that TUI has been operating cargo flights "for a few weeks".
Tuifly does not coordinate the cargo flights itself, but through a broker. The freight business is extremely short-term, the spokesman continued. TUI has made flights to America, Mexico and Argentina in the past. In addition to Stuttgart, the largest Dreamliners in the fleet also departed from Frankfurt. They also fly from other European countries, such as Belgium and the Netherlands.
The group is currently using two Boeing 787-9s for its cargo business. However, the machines are not structurally changed for this. Only the belly freight capacities would be used. These were sufficient as no passenger suitcases would take up space.

HSV is a new one that is starting up tomorrow from Brussels. Not sure what it's for, probably either for Panalpina/DSV, automobile parts cargo, or NASA.https://flightaware.com/live/flight/JAF ... /EBBR/KHSV. It'll either be on OO-LOE or OO-JDL, as those are the two for TUI Belgium and it has a TUI Belgium callsign.

This is interesting. I noticed they had two planes parked at the hanger today which is the most I've seen here at DTW at one time. Turns out they flew in from LGW and MHT.
I have my own theory to explain this phenomenon though I do NOT have confirmation of the exact reason why they started flying here...wblackburn

I've heard they're making the vaccines here in Michigan on the west side of the state (Kalamazoo or Battle Creek). While the biggest airport on that side of the state is most likely Grand Rapids, I don't think that airport has a long enough runway, the ability to handle overseas cargo flights, or the refrigeration capacity to keep the vaccines at such low temperatures. I'd assume that DTW has the ability to handle the daunting task of storing and shipping vaccines.
