A lot, I know someone will have the count but I’m on my phone right now and can’t get that exact figure. Especially for other airlines like Malta and Buzz in the Ryanair Group. Not sure if those airlines will start taking delivery of aircraft soon.

Ahh, interesting that the Buzz ones aren't being delivered by then. Thanks both of you.

Agree, at the same time, the timing may be good. Hopefully by the everything is ramped back up to normal and airlines are growing.

Ryanair group are set to take delivery of 12 Max 8200s this summer - 6 in the Ryanair livery and 6 in the Malta Air livery. No mention of Buzz deliveries as of yet. It seems they will remain stored for another while.

Thanks for the post with a link to an interesting article. It's interesting how FAA's paperwork issue just cleared itself up after such a fuss was raised.

According to flightradar24, TUI 737-8 PH-TFU departed Boeing Field at 12:39 PM PDT today 6-21-21, enroute to Glasgow (GLA), operating as TUI Flight 58F. According to flightradar24 the most recent prior flight for PH-TFU was on 6-16-21 as Boeing Flight 876, thus today's flight is a delivery flight. If my count is correct then this flight, if completed, will be the 17th completed MAX delivery flight of June 2021.

According to flightradar24, PH-TFU flew past Glasgow on its delivery flight and instead landed at Amsterdam (AMS).

First MAX for TUI Duetschland departed BFI a couple hours ago, destination is Hannover.

Aircraft: MAX 8 , D-AMAX.

Also note other MAX aircraft that are currently operating in TUI Group were originally allocated for this subsidiary but were changed by the time delivery took place. Cool to see so much flexibility

Why did they deliver all these frames to TUI UK? They also moved several frames from TUI fly Nordic to TUI UK. Do they have so much under-capacity there? (Maybe because of Thomas Cook collapse?)

That's something only they would know the real answer to, I think the Collapse of TC could be a factor in that. You would think with the "collapse" of Norwegian, that would also be an area to try and grow into.

Hello ikolkyo,

According to flightradar24 there were two Aeromexico MAX deliveries flights on 6-22-21, as follows.

N109JS, MAX8, Flight 9451, which you mentioned in your post,
and also:
XA-BBB, MAX9, Flight 9449.

If my count is correct, these two flights were the 19th and 20th MAX delivery flights in June 2021.

Do the final payment and physical delivery both take place at the Boing Field delivery center, or once payment is made does Boeing fly the aircraft to the customer?

Final payments and such can take place many days before the actual aircraft flies away to its home base. It’s never really known when the payment happens. Also the airline flies the aircraft from BFI, not Boeing.

Side note, pretty interesting that this aircraft didn’t have any flights done recently before this delivery flight, unless they were done under a different registration.

You are correct and for a little bit of trivia. XA-BBB was the 500th 737MAX delivery fly away.

in the vast majority of deliveries you're correct. however there are situations (export, import, taxes, title transfer, etc) where the 'delivery' takes place at a neutral site at the airlines request. Also for the same or other reasons some delivery flights are flown by Boeing pilots. I believe a US airline was taking delivery of A350's through some scheme to bypass import fees.

Eventually yes. But now it’s heading to Shannon, Ireland. The following day it will head to a MRO facility in Amman, Jordan, for cabin installation.

110JS is about to fly home today to MEX! XA-MAY tested or maybe was on a C1 today. For AM the only two pending will be MAY and HSB.

JJJ (43758/-8) and NNN (73716/-9) will follow. Does anybody know if these ones are already built up?

Great photos as always Woody, that UA -10 looks great! Any idea how many aircraft will be used in flight testing and how many -10 fuselages are at RNT?

There are 2 at RNT and 1 at BFI. The 1st 2 737-10's are in Boeing House colors. My understanding is all 3 will be used in testing.

According to flightradar24, United Airlines 737-8 N27251 departed Boeing Field at 9:49 AM PDT today 6-27-21, enroute to Newwark (EWR), operating as United Flight 2708. According to flightradar24 the most recent prior flight for N27251 was on 6-22-21 as Boeing Flight 451, thus today's flight is a delivery flight. If my count is correct then this flight, if completed, will be the 24th completed MAX delivery flight of June 2021.

I wonder if N27251, once in Newark, will be involved in United's Tuesday media event there. United's MAX delivery flights earlier this year usually, if not always, went to SeaTac (SEA, 6 miles from BFI) and United has a major hub and maintenance base at San Francisco (SFO, 685 miles from BFI) , both much closer than Newark (2390 miles).

"Forbes cites unnamed sources close to the deal, saying the rumored order is likely to be the biggest ever. They say the announcement is imminent. Next Tuesday’s investor’s update is flagged as a probable time. United Airlines is also holding a media event at Newark on the same day."
