There are 1-stop connecting options on AA from DFW through other AA hubs to CAK, BON, HAV, MGA, MUC, PTY, POS, and GIG. AA's oneworld partner BA can also connect passengers to MUC from DFW through its LHR hub. The situation is also different on UA IAH-MUC due to the LH MUC hub.
AA doesn't serve YEG, but offers connections onto AS's SEA-YEG flights from DFW that require significant backtracking from DFW, whereas UA offers 1-stop connecting service to YEG from DFW through DEN that doesn't require backtracking.
TAM and VER in Mexico aren't served by AA, but AM and UA offer 1-stop connecting service to both of these destinations from DFW.
AA previously served PIB and MEI in Mississippi nonstop from DFW, but AA pulled out of PIB and MEI.
Is there any possibility that AA will add nonstop service out of DFW to destinations such as CAK, BON, YEG, HAV, HOB, MGA, PTY, POS, GIG, TAM, VER, or VCT?
First off, most of those aren't domestic.
Secondly, those are a complete mixed bag for DFW service. Here's how I see it:
Group 1: "We have MIA and UA doesn't so we don't need to serve that from DFW" includes HAV, BON, MGA, POS, GIG and PTY. AA ran DFW-GIG seasonally in the past but it never did well. I could see PTY for sure, maybe MGA, but not the others. Why bother when you have your MIA hub?
Group 2: "EAS routes that UA has and AA doesn't" includes HOB and VCT, along with MEI and PIB that you mentioned earlier. Why would AA try to compete against UA's subsidized service?
Group 3: "Possibilities, to various degrees" includes CAK (seems possible), YEG (Houston has the oil demand to YEG that DFW doesn't but I could still see AA try it), and VER and TAM (I mean, it seems like basically everything in Mexico works from DFW so I could see these I guess).
