The Breeze configuration is 36 biz and 90 economy.
I thought they were a point to point airline, serving smaller secondary markets. That seat config doesn't make sense to me.

This is our International configuration. The A220 will fly vastly different markets than the Ejets

How will Breeze combine offering Biz class for the average joe in small/medium cities, making it affordable and profitable at the same time? This isn't a typical low-cost low-fare product that is purported to be..And is far away from markets with biz potential like EWR/HOU/DFW/ORD/LAX/MIA..Plus, when you say international markets what kind of destinations are you referring to?

Well Nice seats certainly won’t be Nice. It’s only 4 seats less than DL’s configuration but 3x the number of F. Nice has to have ~28” pitch.
Either that or Nicest will have tighter pitch compared to most US domestic F classes.

Every article states that Nice is between 30 and 31 inches. on the A223s.

They tout that to assuage people with concerns, but in reality such a thing isn’t practical unless Breeze keeps tons of excess Y seat sets in stock. Which I doubt they will.

Every plane is not being delivered in the 126 config. Only the first 7. The next seven are a 137 seat configuration with only 12 first. So the
Rebalancing doesn’t have to be seats sitting but seats from other planes.

Even then that only allows averaging between different configurations, eg taking F seats from hi-F plane and Y seats from low-F planes to convert both hi- and low-F planes to a mid-F layout.

I mean, MSY is one of their "hubs"-- and (as anecdotal as my personal acquaintances may be) absolutely nobody I know outside of the AvGeek world there has a clue about who/what they are...
...which is hardly surprising, seeing as MS has done essentially nil advertisement in the market.

Do you really want to compare Kingfisher with Neeleman experience ans sucess ?

I jest…kind of.
Blerg wrote:Or that maybe the people who are flying them are not on this forum. I hear places like ORF and CAK are doing fine, have not heard much about other locations though.Reading most of the comments on here I get the impression no one is flying on Breeze because no one heard of them. lol
Anyone know their passenger numbers so far and what their average LF is?

Mirrors everything I keep hearing.
I mean, Neeleman knows how to launch an airline-- there's not much question there. But I'm truly confounded as to how they're going about this.
Maybe they just want critical mass already in place, before they start advertising?

Well of the people posting in this thread, maybe all of two actually know the info…
LF is probably in the 60-70% percent mark. Lots of flights fill up in the last 24hrs.

So is SAT just down to XNA, and OKC/TUL down to just TPA?

I'd imagine HSV's days are numbered. Down to, what, two flights a week to TPA?
