Can anyone point me to the latest fleet delivery schedule? I seem to recall there was one put out with a table of number of deliveries by type for each of the next 5 years or so (not including used aircraft).

Interesting. 3313, instead of going to ATL prior to RTS, ferried to CUN and will operate CUN-MSP tonight and MSP-ATL tomorrow as revenue flights.

The most recent filing in that format that I can recall is the annual report with info effective 12/31/20.

You can check the notes from the latest 10-Q filing with specific acquisition commitments (like the used A350s and 739s) but it doesn't stage deliveries by year.

PSU.DTW.SCE posted a nice recap of the schedule back in Feb.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1456049&start=300#p22652471

And then he updated the widebodies portion when Delta moved up a couple A350 deliveries.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1456049&start=600#p22742317

But I was disappointed when Delta removed that portion from their 10-K.

DL just updated a few SLC-DTW flights per day from Aug 22-Sep 1 with the 359.

Add another: my flight ATL-SLC was just changed to an A350 (I'm traveling Sep 12). Looks like they're running at least one (sometimes a couple) per day between those two Sep 4 to Oct 4.

5652 is the first to get ViaSat (entered 7/20). I don't recall if it was announced that all 752s will get it or just some.

By the end of this year, all the 752s, 739s, and A321ceo will have ViaSat installed (they are almost done with the 321ceo). Starting next year, the A321neo, A320, A319, A223, and 738 fleets will start getting ViaSat as well and they should be completed by the end of 2022. Looks like the only narrowbody mainline aircraft that won’t have ViaSat installed is the A221s and 717s.

Thank you for that detailed post - and link. The 717s I understand. Possible reasons for omission of the A221s are not clear.

I think the 221s have satellite wifi, which isn’t terrible, much faster than the 717s which I think still have the ground based Gogo connection.

And has just arrived at SBD. Any guess as to why this frame has been temporarily registered in the Cayman Islands, whereas the first two, 9M-LNK and 9M-LNL, were not?

Didn't realize Delta was going to leave the retro old First Class product on the A330-300 after refurbish. This should be good for United and AA.

Lame article....reality is that the PS mod is a lot quicker, easier, and cheaper to undertake in short order and gets these aircraft up to 4-class service relatively quickly.

A330-200 / 300 will probably get a new D1 seat at some point, just not now.

Kind of a moot point with the A359 and A339 deliveries coming on-line with the newest, latest and greatest D1 product. Along with the 764s too. They can put the aircraft that make the most sense on the routes they need.

With the size of DLs widebody fleet, they are always going to have multiple generations of D1 seats in their fleet.

A330-200/300 D1 product is perfectly fine as every seat has aisle access.
Can't imagine any material booking-away specifically because of the hard product on DL's A332/A333 fleet in the near term.

This isn’t their midlife mod. It’s just a quick mod for premium economy. These birds will get updated in the next few years when they go through a midlife.

What? Retro? Come on now.

The reverse herringbone layout isn't that bad and it is competitive. This fleet is going to be geared toward more lower yielding routes anyways.

A330 spares are pretty scarce. Any MX delay is going to cause a problem. One has been out of service for over a month now in SLC, and another has went tech after it air returned to HNL and it now needs an engine change. Plus a couple that are in SAL for regular MX.

333 3317 N817NW has been in SLC since 6/29, last flew CUN-SLC
333 3308 N808NW returned to HNL shortly after take-off for ATL on 8/7

333 3329 N829NW in down in SAL for maintenance, left storage in VCV on 7/14
333 3327 N827NW is the last 333 still in storage, at VCV

On the 332 side,
332 3355 N855NW is down in SAL for maintenance
332 3357 N857NW is in storage at BHM, but scheduled to ferry down to SAL tomorrow, after which all the 332s will be out of storage

Thanks for the updates!

Here's the info on the incident with N808NW...I wonder which carrier will ship the new engine to HNL?

http://avherald.com/h?article=4eb85bec&opt=0

I guess DL will get N827NW out of storage at VCV as soon as a slot opens up at SAL.

I know the're using an engine off of 3317 in SLC. It got trucked SLC-LAX and hopped on a Kallita flight to HNL.

Definitely a different shaped antenna dome. Is there mostly a difference on the external antenna dome or a lot of other internal HW too?

Can we expect more 717’s to come back. Does anyone see Hawaiian to cherry pick some frames. There isn’t an aircraft out there that can fly as many cycles as MD aircraft.
