No, that was some years ago as ponting out before, when the E90 was questioned for cargo constraints.
Here's the current baggage allowance policy of the airline.

I had posted the resumption list of CM, in the earlier months of 2021.
However, they're not operating yet: St, Maarten, Cordoba, Mendoza, Recife, Rosario, San Andres Island, Manaos, Paramaribo, Santiago de los Caballeros, San Francisco, Barbados and Las Vegas.
CM PTY-MSY is programmed on December 04th.
The current demand of passengers is mandatory on changing their former plans.
Thanks for the clarification.
Coincidentally, a friend also told me that yesterday and that what some outlets had mentioned about the termination of the PTY-MSY route were incorrect. Now in more I will try to do more cross-check of the information.
PTYMSY is permanently discontinued and no longer in reservation systems through end of schedule.

The latter will be the first international route they launch from Orlando. Both flights will begin on December 18, they will be 1x weekly and the equipment to be used will be the 757-200 and the 737-900ER, respectively.
Also, the Saturday flight of the ATL-PTY route on that same date will become 2x daily.
Besides that, Delta amended the start date of the JFK-PTY flight, now it will begin on December 20. The frequencies will initially remain at 3x weekly until March 2022, when it increases to 4x weekly.

Very glad to see MSY slated to return. I imagine the service will be at a lower frequency and similar to some of the leisure markets like PVR, but at least the region will still have some connectivity through PTY.

CM PTY-ATL, DL JFK-PTY, DL MCO-PTY and DL LAX-PTY.
That doesn't seem to be new ways of cooperation between themselves, but they're likely rivalizing in the same markets.
Let's study the amount of their weekly flights, in December.
CM may even increase their weekly operations later.
Atlanta - Panama City.
CM PTY-ATL. 4x weekly
DL ATL-PTY. 8x weekly
New York JFK - Panama City.
CM JFK-PTY 28x weekly
DL JFK-PTY 3x weekly
Los Angeles - Panama City
CM LAX-PTY. 13x weekly
DL LAX-PTY. 1x weekly
Orlando - Panama City
CM MCO-PTY 28x weekly
DL MCO-PTY 1x weekly
