Here is another link but not much information at all

https://ardipulaj.com/2021/01/03/litorali-airlines-connects-tirana-with-naples-and-brindisi/

from the article :
The announcement comes at a time when Albanians cannot visit Italy, among other countries, due to the EU’s Covid-19 travel restrictions.

LitorAli Airlines started ticket sales, flights will be operated under ICAO-code "HLR" - so it will be Bulgarian Heliair Services, which operates Мil-8 and Let L-410! The Let L-410 seems to be very popular in Italy as Silver Air is operating the type as well!

Am wondering how a Let L-410 on Tirana - Brindisi is going to compete against either the ferry or an A320 / B737 from Wizz/Albawings on Tirana - Bari
Tirana - Naples as a monopoly route should do better

That depends on how much delicious Italian food, washed down with chianti, that they have at bedtime!

LitorAli pushed back the launch to March 29th due to ongoing COVID19 travel restrictions...

According to Wizz Air's website, BEG-MXP might still happen in 2021. It was supposed to be terminated with all the other routes from BEG but seems like they kept it.

I suppose it might be operated by a non-BEG plane.

Seems like Air Serbia will be returning to Rome starting from 20.04.2021. Flights have already been loaded into the system, two weekly on the A319. Mondays and Fridays.

Supposed to be charter flights...

In other news LitorAli took delivery of their first aircraft, a LET410... Seems Italy is a LET-heaven, 2nd airline after SilveraAir! :praise:

SkyAlps signed a deal for 2 former Dash8 with Chorus Aviation:
https://chorusaviation.com/chorus-aviat ... -sky-alps/

Very surprised by the move, as previously reported the first Dash8 would be ex SA Express op. by Luxwings Malta, msn 4175:

Ceo of EGO just got interviewed again:

https://aviationsource.news/airline/exc ... e-pounces/

Seems strategy is aimed at MXP connecting hub with long-haul carriers while point-to-point between secondary airports where Ryanair and Easyjet can’t serve due to the length of the runway (FLR, Forli, Parma).
Lufthansa: Einfach ein bisschen besser.
