This happened about 8 miles from me. Rudder hardover incident that took a few incidents to fix. I've flown over that area so many times thinking about that day (parts and pieces can still be found today) and how many "shuttle" flights that I took from COS to DEN. Sad for those who lost their lives in the search for the cause.
