I agree 100% they need something for the aircraft to fly during the winter, preferably non-US, maybe besides South Florida.
I was always surprised Norwegian didn’t shift some capacity during the winter to the likes of Barbados, Punta Cana, Montego Bay, etc. Norse’s unique power-by-hour leasing contract does offer more flexibility, just park the 787s if you can’t find a profitable place to send them. Although you’d think they’d want to experiment a tad during the winter.
Maybe try OSL-PUJ, OSL-CUN, etc. At super low frequency to keep crew a little more busy.
One issue may be it appears the Caribbean from Europe is largely vacation package centric? So if Norse isn’t working with tour operators and hotels, they might struggle.
