Does Ryanair have pilots or FA with more than 30 years of service?

On every day in a 4 week timeframe
Intercontinental 5 hour flights for that final price...

It's 32 deg C and sunny in Aqaba next week, and visas are free if you enter and leave Jordan at Aqaba airport. What's not to like ?

No thank god . Seniority is toxic and has killed many great airlines . That’s why the USA has third world airline service

Not only the USA, most legacy airlines have too high wage costs due to seniority programs. Ryanair likes to replace their staff before they achieve that level.
It's generally known that Ryanair pays like shit, however there's never a shortage of people willing to work for them. They're inexperienced people, straight from school, who don't get hired anywhere else due to lack of experience. At Ryanair they can build up that experience so they work there for a couple of years. And then when they got that experience they move on to another airline, their place at Ryanair is being taken by new staff members willing to build up experience. Nobody works with Ryanair for more than 5 years or so, it seems 3 years is average.

Looks like the demand is very low and the route might be cancelled soon. Or interrupted for some time.
Actually it's mainly for Tenerife inhabitants who want to fly to Agadir and maybe travel further. Moroccans don't get a visa for the Schengen area easily

It's early days , with a bit of marketing lots of tourists will add a sidetrip or split their holidays plus there to be lots of Moroccans in the Canaries irrespective of the visa situation.

According to Tripset only fully vaccinated Moroccans are allowed to enter Spain. Does Ryanair do marketing for specific routes? Usually the new connected airports make a Facebook post about it and that's all the marketing. I estimate the vast majority of Ryanair passengers books a simple roundtrip ticket.
I say that route will be either cancelled or interrupted within the next 3 months. Ryanair wants to reduce its anticipated losses.

A new route from Stansted to Örebro. Which is just 100km away from the Stockholm Västerås airport.
Ryanair serves now 9 Swedish airports.
And there are 5 domestic routes from Arlanda.
The country of Greta seems to like it ..

I sample checked some of the flights in their website. Lisbon and Porto have great times for locals or business travellers, the European destinations are usually around noon or later. Nuremberg and Brussels are examples where the flight departures at 6.00/6.30 AM from Madeira, but I see 25 EUR fares both ways for this route, I think an extra hotel night is no biggie.

Why does it always take the entry of an LCC to force Flag Carriers to improve their domestic services.
