EWR has 60%+ of the pax but only 25% of the UA clubs compared to 2019.
Where did you get this number from? United has not seen a 60% recovery in passenger traffic at EWR.
This week May 2nd through May 8th United's highest O&D revenue (ONLY) passenger count will happen on tomorrow May 7th at 20,051 revenue O&D customers. And on our slowest day which was yesterday May 5th where United O&D revenue passenger count was a meager 12,393. In fact there are quite a few days this week at EWR where United doesn't even get over 15,000 O&D revenue passengers at EWR. Also for now EWR still isn't a major connecting hub there are very few passengers connecting at EWR now days on United.
Compare to DEN, IAH, and ORD O&D numbers only not including connecting passengers and both DEN and IAH's lowest O&D day is better than EWR's best day and ORD worst day is 1,282 passengers away from EWR's busiest day.
DEN highest O&D passenger count: Sunday May 2nd at 35,238, DEN lowest O&D counts Tuesday May 4th at 26,184.
IAH highest O&D passenger count: Sunday May 2nd at 32,003, IAH lowest O&D counts Wednesday May 5th at 24,730.
ORD highest O&D passenger count: Tomorrow Friday May 7th at 29,992, ORD lowest O&D count Tuesday May 4th, at 18,769.
This is why we see the huge disparity in total number of flights between hubs DEN and IAH continue to outperform every other UA hub in O&D traffic.
