I will start with Emirates April’s fool post.

Emirates will be launching a special wedding service for those who would like to tie the knot at 40,000 feet.

I like ones like that because it sounds like something they would legitimately do. A lot of companies' April Fools Day pranks are so far-fetched you know that they're obviously jokes.

It will be interesting to see how much April Fools Day humor shows up on social media this year with the pandemic that caused most to skip last year making a comeback.

I didn’t necessarily mean funny “ha ha.” I meant more funny in the grand scheme of things in relation to April fools. But I will say you’re not wrong on my sense of humor. I’ve been told that before. My humor tends to be lean dark, but I digress.

Someone posted Sri Lankan was going to try to be the next Emirates. The mods didn't lock the thread for like 36 posts, and few realized that it must be April 1 where the thread-starter was. Pretty good joke that fooled a lot of folks.

A good April Fool's joke isn't so much funny as crazy but just barely believable. Then when it's revealed as actually a joke you slap you head and say how could I be so gullible?

Sun Country decides to go big at JFK, using the currently abandoned Delta Terminal 2, they will be launching several flights daily to MSP/LAS/MCO/SJU/LAX. The Minneapolis-based airline sees a lot of potential in using those five underserved markets from JFK.

In other news, Jetblue finally leaves the Marine Air Terminal and joins AA in the central terminal, while Spirit and Southwest adds LGA-LAS service on the weekends.
