It's not a new Airbus Delivery. More like a second hand delivery between the lessor and the Airline.

I'm unclear about whether these were fitted to -1000s from the beginning, and ported back to the -900 along with other improvements, or not.

I read the Reuters article but can't find the exact reason behind the A350 delay. Is it because Airbus can't deliver on time or is it the airline's choice? Not directed at you alone but anyone else in the know...

It is D-AIVA. There are photos on JetPhotos on it. Why its flying on flight tracker in EI- reg nobody knows. maybe they forgot to change the box or maybe that hex belongs to D-AIVA.

D-AIVA has no recorded flight in the last 90 days (my "silver" limit on FR24).
