The only markets that might be attractive (and most likely for non-daily and/or peak-season):
0100 departure MAD-MIA: O/D traffic and connections @ MIA, IB/AA
Midnight departure LON-MIA: O/D traffic and some connections @ MIA, AA
0100 departure LON-NYC: O/D traffic, some connecting traffic @ EWR/JFK, UA/AA/DL
0100 departure LON-ATL: some O/D, some connecting traffic @ ATL, DL
Due to curfew, the westbound from LON must depart from STN (so there must be a US-STN arrivals for those flights) and having to fly to that airport in London could be of the reasons why no airline has tried red-eyes to NYC. But on the positive-side, an eastbound flight to STN departing MIA/ATL/NYC at midnight or after, would arrive London early afternoon, a good time to check-in at the hotel.
As there’s demand for day-time to London, surely there’s also demand for midnight or after midnight (0100) departures to LON from MIA/ATL/NYC.
