I'm guessing not basketball, but a military charter with coincidental timing. It originated at Andrews this morning ADW-GSP and then this leg.

I am trying to find Cincinnati's flight from Cincinnati to Orem, UT ahead of their NIT quarterfinal against Utah Valley tomorrow. Nothing from LUK/CVG to PVU/SLC is really popping up. There is one flight from LUK-PVU on a Challenger 600, but I am not sure the whole team could fit on that. Looks like team has been in Utah since at least 1pm MDT per their twitter posts.

I couldn't find anything for them. Didn't look like they chartered for Hofstra either. They may have just flown commercial from JFK out to SLC.

I am struggling to find Florida Atlantic. Have checked everything I would know to check. They have been in NYC since yesterday according to a player's Instagram story that I saw. They clearly practiced at LIU (Long Island University) today from the video on their Twitter. I guess they flew commercial or on a couple of private jets. I don't see anything on RVR on ADS-B Exchange either.

Per NCAA Travel Policies (https://ncaaorg.s3.amazonaws.com/championships/resources/travel/2022-23D1Champs_TravelPolicies.pdf), the 1st/2nd round games had the 400 mile limit for ground/air transportation. For regionals and Final Four, that distance is 350 miles. Don't think that changes anything for UCLA traveling to LAS, but still worth noting.

I don’t follow PVU closely and was shocked to see that there are two carriers flying PVU-LAS scheduled when I looked for a charter. I can’t believe loads on those flights are very good.
