Is this accurate? I doubt WN is going to serve places like CRP, HRL, PBI, HAV, PWM, and the Hawaii routes nonstop.

I'm guessing that ChetManly24 meant 'domestic' destinations, and note that he did include the qualifier 'virtually'.

Read about The Pilots walking out of 2 Southwest Kool Aid Rallies while Bob Jordan was speaking at The podium Oy Vey !! I predict a settlement with the Southwest Pilots at 4th down and 6 seconds left on the clock to the May Strike vote.
GSP was to have gotten a Saturday only Denver Pre Pandemic but it never came to fruition since the pandemic. Hopefully it will even if its only a Saturday or Weekend only.

Apologize if this was discussed further back but is there any progress on the installation of power onboard the aircraft? Also, is there any site that is tracking the update?

Thanks in advance

I saw a pointsguys article that said June is the start of some of the aircraft rolling out with power.

UA flies from DEN to PBI and PWM (albeit seasonally), so it's definitely possible for WN to as well. And the Texas destinations seem feasible if they were to have a Saturday-only schedule.

Hawaii will come online when the max 7 enters service.

Yes Max 7 Hawaii from Den is coming

Bingo

Once the pilot staffing is in the surplus, the routes will be coming.

Any idea if Missouri One will be routed through MCI on Feb 28th? That'd be pretty cool.

Not sure, power wont be enabled until its certified even though planes will start to have them soon. the space bins should be debuting this week though.

Well they can Put PVD back, a route that was sacrificed before the big WN buildup further North at BOS, that ended up not so big.

I had heard that the original " Illinois One " was retired. Is there a new Illinois One which i'm guessing would be an 800 or a Max ? Though Illinois One was nice in regards to the art work just my opinion The Chicago Skyline on Illinois One would have been appropriate.

N286WN is testing out the new Aero Design Labs drag cut kit. I am not sure how to post a picture here, but here is a link about the kit. The tail cone is another option, but 286 isn’t sporting it. I believe 924 will also be testing this kit out as well as a 800.

Just flew this plane last night. It didn’t seem to fly any differently. It was a fairly short flight, so I wasn’t able to tell if there was a significant reduction in fuel burn. The First Officer took a few pictures when I asked him about it. The only difference that stood out were the trailing edge canoes were lengthened and painted red on the tips. Other than that, not much difference.

Thanks, Midwestindy! Checking their website I see it's a relatively-small, one-month extension to the 4th of Nov. I'm curious what you define as fall break. Folks here in Texas generally define fall break as US Thanksgiving week, which is the last week in November.

Usually the October schedule gets a bit of a bump, but with it only being one month it is hard to expect anything new.

I know here in the midwest, it's not unusual for students to get a long weekend sometime in October. I know we have a 4 day weekend the last weekend of October. Other places it is around Columbus Day.

Yep, most Midwest schools/colleges (even lots of West Coast as well - USC/ASU/e.t.c) have some sort of break across a ~2-3 week stretch in middle of October, some it's only a long weekend and some it's a whole week. For context, Midwest schools generally start back earlier in the year than in the Northeast

For IND for example, it's the busiest travel period of the year, since lots of Indiana schools start in end of July, and October/Fall Break is the only vacation period in between that and Thanksgiving near the end of November (discounting one-off Labor Day).

At least from the Midwest, G4/WN/NK/SY flex up their schedules significantly to "Sun" destinations.
