I thought that some of you might like to read this recent announcement from Airbus.
They are commiting to ramping up new aircraft production to at least 6 A-220/mo. during 2023 from 4.4 in 2022.

"We've proven that we're capable of reaching the six-aircraft rate and we have activities to accelerate beyond six in 2023," he said.
The link notes to getting to 10 per month by 2025 (I assume year end of 2025).
I'm wondering how many this means for 2023. There were 53 delivered in 2022. Now, there is a delay between production and delivery (flight testing, certain outfitting outside the FAL). I haven't seen any estimate. Reasonably, this could be anywhere between 60 and 75 (assuming the rate is about 6 per month).

Not bad for a program a lot of people tried to kill multiple times.
And no doubt 6/mo is an interim goal. Prior to reaching 6, they'll announce 10 as the new goal.....and at some point the 500 launch becomes reality.
