I'm surprised to see DL at the #1/#2 spot in on-time and cancellation even with their perceived hit to reliability. I'm less surprised to see B6 so far down the list. I'm not looking forward to seeing the combined B6+NK operation.

What is the big difference between how AA and DL handle checked bags and wheelchairs? How can DL/AS dwpiver bags to the carousel in 15 minutes systemwide while AA takes an hour in PHL.

I believe the DOT stat is measuring filed claims (the bag didn't appear on the carousel after my flight) and not speed.
If you dig into the stats it's not the RJ carriers that are bringing 'marketing' AA down in this metric. Ranked by operating carrier, mainline AA is the worst of 17 reporting carriers. See page 44 of the Feb. '23 report in the hyperlink of the original post.

The forum Mods ask for data and links to sources when statements are asserted as fact. Perceptions have no value in financial or performance analysis, IMHO.
These DOT reports come out monthly with about a ten-week lag (so the December data in early March), but not every report shows YTD, IIRC.

The international passengers report for each market since 1990 for each airline. It was last updated till June 2022 in Jan 2023 so any idea when the full year 2022 data would be released please?
