Can someone give me some history as to when UA implemented the Employee Ownership program? Did this program help UA or hurt them? From what I can see, I believe it did not provide any merits and does not help the trobuled UA.
Several years ago the employees "bought out" the airline and they became employee/owners. From some comments I have heard from the "employee/owners" they do not feel any more a part of the airline or have more say or are listened to then they were before.
