All of us who happen to board flights often have to deal with the stupidity of some of our fellow co-workers in the field. For instance, many times we will have a flight that is delayed and will need to do a quick turn so all the passengers can make their connections. Often we will get a flight attendant that will need to go to the bathroom before the boarding begins, but they refuse to go to the bathroom on their own plane, so they go all the way up to the bathroom in the terminal that takes them an extra ten minutes or so. Not only leaving us pissed but the pax as well.
This last Sunday at our station we had a delayed flight because the inbound flight had to returned to DEN on a medical emergency(which happened to be a false alarm). Finally when that same crew came into our station, the flight attendant said that he was so devistated by what had happened in the day and didn't want to continue his work for the day. After the captain convinced him to continue, we were home free.
Can anyone relate?
