How Was Great PLaines First Flight Out Of BLV?

Wed Oct 08, 2003 11:41 am

Hey since today was Great Plaines first scheduled flights out of the new cities, I wondered how everything went?!?! I chose BLV since thats only an hour drive and 20 minutes from my house. I assume everything went fine then? Any one take a trip on them out of MDW, BLV or DCA??

Good things come to those who wait, better things come to those who go AFTER it!

The flight out went fine, the flight back had one paying passenger and 30 celebrities (travel agents, local media). The flight to MDW was delayed for a maintenance problem. Also Great Plains did not get one of their 328's certified, so they are flying a limited schedule out of BLV. Aircraft certification is expected by friday.
