I have no inside info, this is just a guess. Some smaller airlines may have already reported. AMR is usually 1st w/ the big carriers, that should be ina day or so.

I am a little confused by the numbers in your post. In today's Wall Street Journal, Delta is reporting a 3rd quarter loss of $164 million. Excluding one time gains and charges, the loss is $172 million. Kind of a big difference between your profit number of $15.4 million.

DL already reported yesterday and the results were a dismal net loss of $164 million. DL has not done enough to cut costs nor have they done enough to adapt to the new revenue environment.
As for the remaining carriers, I expect JetBlue, Southwest, ATA, Airtran, Frontier, America West, Alaska, Continental and America West to all report a net profit.
American should be right on the bubble. They could post a very small net profit or a small net loss.
Midwest, Northwest, United and USAirways should all post a loss.

Continental showed a net profit for the third quarter of $133 million, compared with a net loss of $37 million a year earlier, Reuters reports. Yeah, I'm afraid these are all gonna be way off base. Southwest's, jetBlue's, and AirTran's will all be significantly higher than you have here.....
