Imagine you wake up one day and the news had any airline/aviation news in it that you wanted... what would your "dream" headlines be?

Three categories: FANTASY, POSSIBLE, NIGHTMARE.

  • Measure to the millimeter, mark with a crayon, cut with an axe.

    Fantasy:

Due to the drop in oil prices and airport taxes the fare of business class tickets is now comparable to the current economy class.

    Possible:

After a two year struggle Swiss emerges as one of the top airlines and returns to profit, opening many more routes and hiring back ex-employees

BA asks BAE to develop a slightly modified version of the Concorde and obtains FAA certification, exceeding all specifications by using military knowhow the engines are less noisy and polluted, the fuselage and wings have been slightly modified and her sight is one for sore eyes. Air France puts in a request to have the plane grounded but the request is denied.

    Nightmare:

Another terrorist attack this time striking three big capitals in Europe, air travel practically stops for a couple of days throughout Europe, thus rendering bankrupt most of the major airlines
