New Canadian F-28 Operator?

I think it was a former Horizon aircraft that has been floating around YWG for about a year now.

What about all of those former Canadian/Air Canada F-28s that actually many are still owned by USAirways?

A couple of the ex-Canadian Regional Fokkers went to Canadian North, aswell as 1 or 2 ex-CP and/or ex-AC 732s went to 5T also. (althou all 5T's 732s came from CP at one point as far as i know, when 5T was still a subsidary of CP)
