Futureualpilot and Dazed767...Ted will be flying standard A320 routings through February, when it will take over Ted routes. I'll try to post every few weeks to let you know if they route through your cities.

Ralgha...where's your spirit of adventure?! Even if you don't like Ted or UA, it's always fun to see a new or unique livery...That's what we all have in common!

I see Ted everyday. He's my boss. Har har har.

But seriously, saw ship 4695 last week at ORD in the bright morning light. Not bad looking. It could use some more color on the fuselage though.

They do not have many flights going in or out of LAX. I am interested in knowing if TED will use some of UA's 737-300 and 500's. I thought that TED was going to use the 737's when they started.

Seems like a waste of $$$ to just fly it around without any passengers. Are they carrying any cargo or anything of that nature, or are they just flying it empty?

The Ted aircraft is carrying revenue passengers and cargo. They put it into the flight lines early so that the name gets out there. It builds consumer awareness of Ted, even if people just see it that one time...they will surely remember that plane. Nice way to promote Ted before it even starts flying it's own routes.

TED does not start service til next year. It is flying regular United A320 routes in standard config. Now too bad I missed it at MSP.  Sad
