All of the european LCC's have international services but perhaps the original poster thinks only of the Americas.

ATA currently has service to CUN, GDL, PVR, GCM, MBJ and AUA. In the past ATA had flights to Lagos, Shannon, Dublin and Riga all schedule service. I would not be at all surprised to see ATA add service to Europe in the next year or so now that the 767 has come up again and from the sound of things it may be more than just a rumor.
