I take it you are referring to International Business class.
this topic is boring, there are sooooo many past threads dealing with this issue.
It will probably be between VS, BA, SQ, CX
What else is NEW?
We will have to wait and see about AF new business class

South African Airway's new premium business class is really good (on their Airbus A340's).

Here are just some of the stuff you can expect... (got this from a website cause I'm too tired to type it out)
* Extra wide, 180-degree lie-flat seats
* Seats at window or aisle positions only (no middle seats)
* Superior Audio-Video-On-Demand in-flight entertainment with touch screen features on extra-large 10.4-inch personal screens
* Service-On-Demand (eat what you wish when you wish) and Express Service offered to passengers who need more time to work or rest. This I really like, it's like a restaurant.
* Gourmet cuisine complemented by top South African fine wines, champagne and a variety of hot and cold beverages
* Brand new amenity kits stocked with essentials for passenger comfort onboard
* Full-sized linen-covered duvets and large pillows for added comfort

In all, SAA is excellent, especially for the price you r getting and the services.

BTW: SAA is joining Star Alliance (from the news reports I've read), so that will be even better!

According to Skytrax, the best business class seats went to British Airways in 2003. No mention about the quality of service, though.

What about the new product that QF has introduced? Anybody had a chance to give that a try yet? It won some award already and it not even fully rolled out yet.

In Airliner World magazine an article reports that Royal Jordanian's Business Class seats on their A340s are the largest in the world, beating Virgin Atlantic into first position. I'm not sure about service but I'ver heard its really good.
