Sounds like a re-hash of previous told stories.

Do you think it will succeed? Will it even be built?

I dont think anyone knows yet what their plans are other than size... But Bombardier has to do something very soon as they getting slaughtered by the Brazilian competitor. If they undertake this multi Billion project and it does not live to its expecations - either sales or performance... this could be the end, which would a travesty. So hopefully, they are looking into this very carefully...

But the safe bet would be mainting what they do best and leave the big jets to A and B... Concentrate on greater efficiency and range with a 110 passanger or less. This is just my personal opinion....
Airbus or Boeing - it's all good to me!

Let me get this straight... they are building a 100-150 seater transcon?

Honest question: is there a market for that? Now, I am definitely NOT a market specialist (yet  Big thumbs up), but what is the point of Bombardier building such a plane? If I'm a company that flies transcon, I'm probably not going to go and buy Bombardier, but rather A or B.

Regards,

Federico, the armchair market strategist
