Jetblue Starts SJC Tonite!
Well, tonite is the night that Jetblue starts here! There's been some hype including a TV commerical announcing Jetblue's arrival. I wonder if there will be a big event at the airport tonite.

I heard that booking are looking great. Maybe they'll add a second flight? Well, first they should probably start service, and then talk about a second flight. lol

I could easily seeing them adding an IAD flight to give UA a run for its money on their IAD route.

Flight is sold out tonight going and less than 5 seats on the return... very strong looking forward also!
AA only has twice daily SJC service, so competition isn't too strong.

Jetblue is going head-to-head on the OAK-IAD with UA...both airlines have three daily nonstops to IAD.

Mike,you work at SJC? I used to work there many moons ago before I got my A&P, as a fueler. Has UAL increased their flights in the last few years? I had a blast working there, miss it, but not the cost of living!!

I worked there a few years ago for Southwest as a CSA. UA really hasn't done much here, esp since 9-11..no more UA 757's anymore

Yep!! They make arrive in SJC now and hope will sent them back to JFK with red-eyes nonstop. I will think about of them.

I was there when the first SWA rolled into Terminal A, fueled it up for them. I now work for Goodrich at PAE doing D checks on SWA A/C, absolutely love it, SWA has a great group of people to work with.

Maybe if they will get second daily from JFK-SJC anytime soon and depending with the load factor was doing.
