i have been working PHX
ramp for AWA/HP for over 2 years. i remember seeing 767-200's & 767-300's mainly in fall 2002 & winter 2003. currently, a lot of MD
-80's, a few 757-200's (RB-211/old TWA?) & the occassional 737-800. i have not seen AA
767's recently @ PHX
. of course, since HP
handles the HA
contract for ground ops, i see the HA
767-300 daily. when i leave work @ 2200, there is a UPS 767-300 that departs around the same time.
that photo you posted looks like the AA
767-300 is heading south on either active taxiway Sierra Or Tango. if you zoom in on the photo you can see our RID/FID (Ramp/Flight Information Display) screens @ gate Alpha 18 in the top left-hand corner. the bottom line shows the arriving flight number & time. the middle line displays "INR" (in-range) or "ON" (on ground). the top line displays outbound flight number & time + aircraft number. A18 can only accept A319/A320 or B737-200/300, not B757-200. nice shot by Aaron! i thought the photo was from James Covington (looks like his style).
