Strange A340/Il96 At IAD?
I have been wanting to figure this out for years now so I figured I would throw it out there. I apologize if this aircraft is no longer there, (I have not been to IAD since January) or if this is old news. There is an all white jetliner with four engines parked near the exit road while leaving the terminal that looks like an A340 or an Il96. Too me, it looks like an Il96 but what do I know. I have always wanted to know the story with this plane. Any info?

If it had some gray pinstriping along the fuselage then it HZ-124 which is Saudi Prince Akbar's plane that is in executive config.

The one he is talking about is parked outside Signature Flight services. It belongs to the Great Britain and is used by the ambassador. By the way it is an A-340.

The British PM doesn't even have a VIP aircraft and charters BA 777 on trips, would be weird if the ambassador has one.
And to confirm Ambassador Bandar from Saudi Arabia has a 340 for his movements out of Washington DC.
