Coex From Howell, MI To GRR?

According to Flytecomm.com and Redone Aviation there was a COEX flight from Howell, MI to GRR with an ERJ145. Howell's Livingston County airport(OZW) only has one 4300 foot runway and no scheduled commercial service. It is located between Lansing and Detroit. Anybody know why the ERJ was there and how in the world it can take off on only 4300 ft?

A charter flight, perhaps? ERJ's also regularly operate out of Key West, which is about the same length, I believe. It is tight, but probably doable, even under 121 performance requirements.

Weather was pretty bad in DTW earlier maybe a devert?

Honestly if you hit the rockets on the ERJ it could take that runway on an average day no problem!

I've noticed sometimes routing points appear on Flytecomm.com. Glitches in the system I guess.
Direct KNOBS, maintain 2700' until established on the localizer, cleared ILS runway 26 left approach.
