AA PHL-SJU Business Class
What is this product like? Is it like domestic first class or is it like transatlantic business class or somewhere inbetween? Or is it an entirely different animal altogether. Just curious.

It is the normal business class on all Caribbean flights.

Unfortunately it is nothing special at all. It is just the same AA planes and service used on every other domestic and short international flight to sunny destinations. It will probably be on a 757 with the old brown style seats. They are decent seats, but not really special at all, and the same or worse than any other US domestic first class seat. Service in AA first class isn't bad though and the food is decent. The best thing though is that the 757s usually have pretty good service in first class since there are 2 FAs for the 22 seats.
If you have never designed an airplane part before, let the real designers do the work!
