JAT Strike Temporary Aircraft Lease: Questions
âë TV here in Belgrade today was reporting that Jat rented some aircraft for the strike. Anybody know the types, from whom, the regoes, etc?

They seem to be wet-leasing an A320-200 from Jetclub.

Are they wet leasing 2 aircraft Thomas? The reason I ask is because there's an 8:10AM to Paris and an 8:25AM to Moscow that they are operating.

All I can say is, what a disaster!
JAT now operates wet-leased aircraft to LHR, CDG, ZRH, FRA, DUS, SVO, and CPH. I am assuming that their codeshare partners managed to fill the void on flights PRG, VIE, etc.
The following apparently do not have regular service:
BRU, AMS, GOT, ARN, PRG, MUC, SXF, BRN, MXP, TRS, LJU, FCO, BNX, TGD, TIV, SJJ, TIA, SKP, ATH, SKG, IST, LCA, TLV, TUN, TIP, MLA, CAI, BEY, DAM and DXB. I wonder if the airline will survive to open flights to OSL, OHD, KWI and INI.

From ZRH to BEG, they used HB-IJZ A320 and B732 OM-RAN, both for one service only. Don't know about other stations.
