Here we go! JAT at its's best.
I can understand that they dropped TRS for various reasons, because airline's main target were passengers from Slovenia, before they started flying to Ljubljana.
BSL?? I thought load factors were good there? At least, there were such roumors.
MXP? Do they show some fear of competition?
OK, Alitalia flies three daily flights, but they are all operated with ERJ-145. A total daily capacity is no bigger than one A320 flight, for example. If the winter season just started, I might have even understood such decision, but this. In a month or two, passenger numbers will increase and this way, all the money goes to Alitalia. Is it a good move for struggling airline such as JAT?
SKG, DAM,
BEY are definitely not JAT's most profitable routes, but neither is
TIA and JAT still flies there.
In the end, well, that's JAT. Many moves they made were not always understandable nor profit driven so I'm not so surprised now too.
