http://www.dfwairport.com/flights/

Search by: city/carrier/arrival/departure/times. Should let you know what if any interesting a/c will be there that late/early.

Enjoy the Skylink.

No really cool international carriers stay over night. You have Champion of course, which is cool, but mainly AA, northwest,Delta, Continental, united, etc. But you will still like it. The new terminal D is nice. I went the other night and just looked around by the checkins and it was awesome. To bad shops wont be open that early.

If you love shiny metal, then this is the airport for you.
If you love a lot of different tails/nationalities, I'm afraid you are better off going down south to IAH.

Don't forget all the RJs! (Eagle)

Walk the entire secure side of terminal D. There is a lot of tile art work on the floors. Granted AA has yet to move into that terminal so only the lower numbered gates are used.

You can now walk between not only terminals A and C, A and B, but you can now walk between B and D, and between C and D. The only terminal that you cannot walk to is E.

I don't think the buses to terminal A2 will be running overnight.

You guys are crazy. AA doesn't even serve DFW. You must be thinking of somewhere else.

Couple of UA 319s, maybe a UAX 170; couple of USAirways planes; HP arrives from LAS around 0340; there might be a neat North American Airways plane or possibly a charter L1011 doing flights for the military at terminal B; couple of overnight jumbo freighters which you can't really see from the terminal; and a mix of DC9 and 319 equipment from NW. DL and CO also will have a couple planes overnighting, and ATA has a 738. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
