The company has been started by the guy who started Dragonair, and they will use the South terminal.

This was actually annouced a few months ago (or maybe it was at the end of last year?) and Oasis is still struggling to obtain their AOC from the Hong Kong CAD.

Traffic rights, followed by AOC will be discussed and assigned by the end of the first week of November accoring to my information.

One of the few remaining companies objecting to this airline has dropped it's objections and they are projecting a start-up of March 2006. Look forward to seeing another Hong Kong carrier around the place.
